Greetings Brothers and Sisters in Christ:
We are eagerly preparing for the 20th South Carolina Regional Conference of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). Antioch Christian Church will host the Regional Conference. The theme for the occasion, taken from John 17:21 exclaims “Lord Make Us One”!
The opening session will convene on Thursday Afternoon September 28th and the closing session will occur on Saturday afternoon, September 30th, 2023. As you return home, all churches of the Region are asked to continue in worship, making sure to focus on the conference theme. The conference will open with Pre- Conference luncheon sponsored by The Disciples Women & Men Fellowship Ministry.

We are eagerly preparing for our “Twentieth” South Carolina Regional Conference of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ)! It will be held at Antioch Christian Church, Varnville, SC beginning Thursday, September 28th through September 30, 2023, we are seeking support from your organization.
First, we are asking for you to be prayerful with us as we pray for all who participate in this assembly. Our focus this year is on the theme, “Lord Make Us One”! Our grounding scripture is John 17:21

Be advised that there is no cost for the exhibit space if your organization is a nonprofit. If you are representing a for-profit organization, then exhibit space is available for a $20.00 fee. Exhibit space is limited and available on request until the designated spaces are assigned. All requests will be acknowledged with exhibit space confirmation information.
Exhibit details: The exhibit space includes a rectangular table 4 ft x 8 ft; appropriate signage and tablecloth. You may use a whole or half table for your display.
The exhibits will open on Friday @ 8:00 AM and Saturday from 8:00 AM-3:00 PM.

We are in the process of preparing the SC Regional Conference Booklet and we are soliciting ads. We invite you to place an ad. Those who advertise in the Conference Booklet will greatly benefit from the exposure to each guest. We are expecting over 125 persons from across the state to attend this joyful 2-day event. Attendees and member churches will receive a conference booklet outlining the activities of our gathering and the wonderful sponsorship of our advertisers. Special Note: In addition to placing an ad in the conference booklet, you are invited to submit samples of your products or information about your service/organization to include in the registration bags.
